Most of the women do not get time for a facial and for these women on the go, dermatologists suggests some simple face packs that can be made at home and applied in-between-work-times.
Face pack 1
Take 2 tablespoons of Gram flour. To this add half a teaspoon turmeric powder. Now add one tablespoon of curd to this and mix well. Apply this paste on your face and neck. Leave it on for around 10-15 minutes. Then spray rose water and wash off with tap water.
Face pack 2
Blend 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds and add one cup of raw oatmeal. Pour in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of buttermilk and honey. Apply on your face for 10 minutes, then rinse. Pomegranate seeds are loaded with anti-ageing compounds like vitamin C and antioxidants that help nourish dry skin. It also helps remove dead skin cells and rejuvenates the skin.
Face pack 3
Take one tea spoon honey, one tea spoon of egg white and 3 drops of lemon juice. Mix it well and apply it on the face; let it stay for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off. Honey moisturises and soothes the skin, egg white tightens the skin and Lemon juice acts as de-tanner.
Face pack 4
Grind an apple, add one tablespoon of sugar and 4 of milk to it. Blend it well. Add a few drops of chamomile oil. Apply it on your face for at least 15-20 minutes. It hydrates and deeply nourishes the skin and gives back lost glow and radiance.
